Shri. N. Gopalaswami (IAS Retired) is a former Chief Election Commissioner of India and a Padma Bhushan awardee (2015). He is currently the President of Vivekananda Educational Society which runs a group of 27 schools mostly in and around Chennai. Lover of Sanskrit, involved in its popularisation and propagation. Chairman of Kalakshetra Foundation (since 2014). Chancellor of the Rashtirya Samskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupathi since 2015. Chairman of Initiative for Moral and Cultural Training Foundation.

Shri. S. Gurumurthy Journalist and commentator on economic, political and cultural issues. Also a chartered accountant and corporate consultant. One of the founders of Dharma Rakshana Samiti and Global Foundation for Civilisational Harmony. Chairman of the Delhi based Think Tank Vivekananda International Foundation Delhi. Vice-President of Vivekananda Educational Society. A Founder Trustee of Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation and Initiative for Moral and Cultural Training Foundation of which he is also Vice-Chairman. Visiting Professor at IIT Mumbai, Distinguished Professor of Economics Tumkur University.Distinguished Professor of Legal Anthropology in the Nani Palkhivala Chair in Sastra University. Also Editor of Thuglak a Tamil magazine.

SMT. R RAJALAKSHMI

Smt. R Rajalakshmi a Founder Member of Dharma Rakshana Samithi headed by Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Was in the Founding Team of the Global Foundation for Civilisational Harmony. Involved in the Hindu Spiritual and Service Fairs from inception. A Founder Trustee of Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation and Managing Trustee of Initiative for Moral and Cultural Training Foundation. Was part of the organising team of a mammoth Swami Vivekanada Women’s Initiative in 2014. In family business, corporate director and consultant on Corporate Social Responsibility. Currently pursuing her doctoral research under Sastra University.

Shri. K. Prabhakar, Chartered Accountant who is an intense student of Vedanda. Associated with Purna Vidya, a value education programme developed under Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Trustee in Dharma Rakshana Samithi. Associated with the team conducting Hindu Spiritual and Service Fairs. DR. ARTHI GANESH

Dr. Arthi Ganesh is the Pro-Chancellor of Vels University. She is the academic advisor for 25,000 students and 5000 staff members at Vels Group of Institutions. Schools under the Vels Group are ranked #1 by popular ranking bodies in India. Was awarded the prestigious APJ Abdul Kalam Award by the Tamil Nadu Private School Association for all her efforts and dedication in the field of education. Interested in Women’s affairs. She regularly organises woman empowerment programs.

DR. NANDAKUMAR R DAVE


Dr. Nandakumar R Dave, a Civil engineer from IIT, Madras. Sanskrit scholar graduated from University of Madras. Ph.D from University of Madras in 2010. Involved in the field of education, health, social and public. Awarded with Distinguished Alumnus Awards of IIT, Madras. Held important positions including Under-Sheriff of Madras (1994), District Governor of Lions Clubs International Dist. 324A1 (1991), President Hindustan Chamber Of Commerce. Presently President of Sri ZPH Gujarati Kanya Kelavani Mandal and Hindu Theological Higher Secondary School, Founder and Managing Trustee of Lions Eye Bank Trust.


DR. MRS. THANGAM MEGANATHAN


Dr. Mrs. Thangam Meganathan, Chairperson, Rajalakshmi Educational Institutions is a, Ph.D. in ‘Technical Education in Tamil Nadu: A Study’ and M.Phil in Public Administration. She pursued the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) in 2006. A recipient of many awards including CSI Honorary Fellowship Award from Computer Society of India (CSI) and the International Association of Lions Club District 324-A1 for her services in the field of education, conducts an annual event inviting women achievers and motivates women students to empower women. She has created a well functioning Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) that promotes incubation and ideation among students. An active member in Industry Associations including the CII, having been the chairperson of Indian Women Network (CII).


SHRI. M. N. VENKATESAN


Shri. M. N. Venkatesan a chartered accountant in practice over 35 years. An active social worker serving in the field of education for over 20 years as a part of Vivekananda Educational Society which at present runs and manages 27 schools in Chennai and Tamil Nadu. He is presently the secretary of VES. He is associated with IMCT since inception and is at present the Co-convenor.


SMT. SHEELA RAJENDRA


Smt. Sheela Rajendra a Post-Graduate in Education has been associated with the Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Group of Schools promoted by the legendary educationalist Mrs. Dr. Y. G. Parthasarathy Now the Deputy Dean, Director and Correspondent of the PSBB Group of Schools. Instrumental in introducing unique concepts like Lateral Thinking, Teen Think Tank (forum for Nation building) and other modules to promote quality Education and integrated development of the students. Indo-American Society made her the Woman Achiever of 2012. Also won the Lions Club Award for Best Administrator. Invited by the US Government on a Leadership Programme (IVLP). Travelled extensively both in India and abroad and gained International dimensions in Education.
