Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam artiste, academician and researcher of Bharatanatyam. Her research on Natyasastra is Legendary. First Dancer- scholar to bridge the gap between theory, history and practical art. President of a 76 year old dance school Nrithyodaya where economically backward students learn dance freely. Active performer and Academician connected with a few Universities and Quasi Government organisations like IGNCA, New Delhi and Bharat Bhavan, Madhya Pradesh. Founder-Managing Trustee of Bharata-Ilango Foundation for Asian Culture. Founder- Vice-President of Dharma Rakshana Samithi, Associated with HSSF, Chairperson, Advisory committee, IMCTF since its inception.

Shri. Ricky Kej an internationally renowned Indian Music Composer, Conservationist and Professor, Grammy Award Winner and US Billboard #1 artist. His latest album ‘SHANTI SAMSARA’—inspired by the first themes of the IMCTF was launched by Hon’ble PM Shri. Narendra Modi and French President Francois Hollande in the presence of World Leaders at the United Nations COP21 Climate Change Conference in Paris. This album was later played before international audiences at the United Nations General Assembly, New York and Geneva and in other prestigious venues all over the world. Ricky Kej is the recipient of many awards viz. the United Nations “Global Humanitarian Artist” Award; Producer of the year at the South African Music Awards (S. Africa); Album of the year at the Zone Music Awards (New Orleans); Global Indian Music Award and Mirchi Music Awards (India); Centre for Conscious Creativity ‘Future Vision’ Award (Los Angeles), the titles “Pride of Karnataka” and “Youth Icon of India”. Real Leaders, a Signatory to the United Nations has named him as one of the 100 Real Leaders who ‘Inspire the Future’ alongside Bill Gates and Leonardo Dicaprio The House of Commons, Parliament of Canada recently awarded Ricky for his “Outstanding Musical and Humanitarian Achievement”. Also an Environmentalist, a professor at the prestigious National Institute of advanced Studies (at the Indian Institute of Science), ‘Celebrity Supporter’ of UNICEF and an Ambassador of Earth Day Network. Ricky Kej is the Brand Ambassador of IMCTF Themes.

Shri. S. B. Khanthan a Chartered accountant; Senior Executive in a consumer Durable Conglomorate. Creative Director with passion and profession. Conceives, Writes, Produces and Directs Advertisements, Corporate films, Documentaries, Pharmaceutical AVs and TV Serials. Co-directed first ever 3D Animated film—‘Paandavaas the 5 warriors’ in Hollywood. Founder-Director of Crazy Creations. He has directed and provided Music choreography for all plays staged by Crazy Mohan – 6500+ shows in India and Abroad. Director of a Hilarious Tamil Film ‘JERY’ written by Crazy Mohan. Member of Film censor Board India [2015-2017]. He has received many awards viz. Best TV serial Director for “MAADHU- CHEENU” from Mylapore Academy; Professional Excellence award from Rotary Club; KALA SEVA BHARATHY from Bharath Kalachar; NAATAKA CHOODAMANI from Sri Krishna Gana Sabha; AANMEEKA BALA RATNA from Nemili Bala Peetam.

Shri. Ramjhi – ISSAI MAZHALAI about 50 years of intense work in the music field. Founder of a Western Music group & later a Film Music group titled “Abaswaram”. Launched the first professional Music Concert featuring Children- in India, named ISSAI MAZHALAI in 2000. The 18 years old initiative has produced scores of Carnatic Vocalists, Instrumental players, Devotional Singers, Film Playback singers & Music Directors. Associated with IMCTF in Bharatheeya Samskara Gaanam since 2017. Will be coordinating the Bharatheeya Samskara Gaanam for IMCTF for the third consecutive year in 2019.

Shri. S. Muralidharan, a practising Chartered Accountant with presence in Middle-East Countries. Part of the team of Socio-cultural Economic studies with Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, Tamil Nadu, with deep Nationalistic fervour.

Shri. M.R.Sivaraman (IAS Retired) He joined the service in MP. He is a qualified pilot. Started his major assignment as Collector of the famine-affected district of Jhabua at the age of 25.Introduced innovative methods of providing relief since adopted countrywide. Held several important posts as Joint secretary Govt of India in the ministry of finance. Was Finance and Planning Secretary of the government of MP for over five years. While being Additional Secretary Ministry of Commerce was appointed DGCA India and made noteworthy contributions in the training of pilots, air safety audit, Aerodrome manuals and privatisation of the Indian skies amongst many others. Subsequently appointed as Revenue Secretary of the Govt of India he was responsible for introducing major tax reforms in India. Then was posted to the IMF as its ED with the rank of India’s Ambassador to the US. Later joined as an advisor to the UN security council Committee on Counter Terrorism.Now engaged in rural development work in Tamilnadu.


Shri. G. Subramaniam a Chartered Accountant of 45 years standing, has for the last more than two decades opted for to devote life exclusively for public service. Had been the President of Hindustan Chamber of Commerce and Gopalapuram Educational Society which runs four Schools. Had also been the Public Interest Director and Chairman of Madras Stock Exchange Limited. Is the Co-Founder of Hemophilia Society – Madras Chapter and Co-Founder of the Chartered Accountants Study Circle.
